30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return any equipment within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must not be altered, put to work, or used beyond verifying its condition.
• Return requests must be made through email at Contact@bidadooslllc.com.
• The item must be shipped back to us in its original packaging within the return window.
• If the issue is due to us or a manufacturer defect, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible.

Warranty Coverage

• 4-Year Warranty for Machines: Covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
• 1-Year Warranty for Parts & Attachments: Covers material or workmanship issues.

3. Our team will assess and guide the next steps. If applicable, we will cover return shipping.
